Groupe Rivest CarrXpert Joliette Earns Official Certification

Montreal, QC – Certified Collision Care announced today that Groupe Rivest CarrXpert Joliette has achieved official Certified status with Certified Collision Care. The first in Quebec to achieve this goal, Groupe Rivest CarrXpert Joliette is now officially OEM Certified by Fiat Chrysler, Nissan, and Ford.

Groupe Rivest CarrXpert Joliette is a family owned collision repair center founded in the 1950’s by Raoul Rivest, and is now owned and operated by two generations. Raoul’s son Luc and his grandson Simon operate the business, which is a member of CarrXpert. These OEM certifications demonstrate Luc and Simon’s commitment to stay at the forefront of change in the industry, by making the needed investments in tools, equipment and training.

“We are very proud to be a part of the Certified Collision Care program, and to achieve official OEM Certification by Fiat Chrysler, Nissan and Ford”, shares Simon Rivest. “This recognition demonstrates our commitment to providing safe repairs and an exceptional customer experience, to both our customers and our insurance partners. By constantly upgrading our facility, and providing our team with the latest tools, equipment and training, we ensure that our repairs are completed to OEM specifications”, he adds. “We are looking forward to adding additional OEM Certifications to our business as they join the Certified Collision Care program.”

Jean-François Gargya, directeur général of CarrXpert, commented : “I would like to congratulate Groupe Rivest CarrXpert Joliette on their certification by Certified Collision Care, Fiat Chrysler, Ford and Nissan.  As the first shop in Quebec to achieve these prestigious credentials, this is a great accomplishment for their business and for the CarrXpert organization.”

The Certified Collision Care program provides all qualified collision repairers the opportunity to attain multiple OEM Certifications in Canada within a single program, audit process and cost. In order to qualify, repairers must have the proper tools, equipment, training and facilities required to repair vehicles to OEM specifications and ensure a vehicle’s fit, finish, durability, functionality, value, and safety are preserved. Certified Collision Care has strategic partnerships with Fiat Chrysler Canada, Ford Motor Company of Canada and Nissan Canada to manage and administer their OEM certification programs.
