CERTIFIED COLLISION CARE AWARDS FIRST CANADIAN CERTIFICATIONS

Certified Collision Care is working with best-in-class collision repair businesses that have met or exceeded the advanced technical requirements to become officially certified.

In order to qualify, repairers must have the proper tools, equipment, training and facilities required to repair vehicles to OEM specifications and ensure a vehicle’s fit, finish, durability, functionality, value, and safety are preserved.

Supreme Collision Centre in Bolton, Ont. and Thornhill, Ont. are the first collision repair facilities to be awarded this Certification in Canada and will have their Aurora location certified shortly. Marty Reddick, President of Supreme Collision Centre says, “we work very hard to stay ahead of the curve in the collision repair industry and to be leaders in every community that we operate in. This official certification demonstrates our commitment to our respective business partners, to develop and support our people, and continues our pursuit of process excellence. We are extremely pleased to be the first organization recognized by the Certified Collision Care Program in Canada.”

The Canadian program is managed by Canadians, for Canadians, and follows the success of U.S.- based parent company Assured Performance Network that works with the top U.S. OEMs to identify, certify, and promote over 2000 U.S. repair businesses through one joint-effort program.

Certified Collision Care is positioned to rapidly expand across the country, as it provides top performing collision repairers a way to gain recognition for their investment in their business and differentiate themselves in their market.

“I am excited to have the opportunity to bring this program to Canada”, says Leanne Jefferies, Vice President of Canadian Operations, Assured Performance. “Advanced materials are being used in all vehicles today. With so much new technology coming down the road at such a rapid pace of deployment, we need a way to identify facilities who are qualified to handle these repairs.”

The program’s unique approach will enable repairers to be Certified Once and Recognized by many, using a consistent turnkey system that eliminates redundancy in program requirements, repetitious inspections, and unnecessary duplication of costs.

Because the certification process is completed by a neutral third party; the result provides significant added value to all stakeholders in the collision repair industry.
