Speedy Collision has announced a partnership with Certified Collision Care for all of its locations across Canada.
Certified Collision Care is working with best-in-class collision repair businesses that have met or exceeded the advanced technical requirements to become officially certified. In order to qualify, repairers must have the proper tools, equipment, training and facilities required to repair vehicles to OEM specifications and ensure a vehicle’s fit, finish, durability and functionality.
Speedy Collision is a rapidly growing collision repair franchise with 26 facilities located across Canada. Speedy Collision saw the value in participating in the Certified Collision Care program when it launched in Canada, and has made participation in the program mandatory for all locations. Two Speedy facilities have already earned their credentials. “OE Certification is the way of the future, and when I learned about the unique joint-effort program being launched, it just made a lot of sense,” said Terry Allen, CEO Speedy Collision. “To be a professional repairer today, investment in tools, equipment, and training is not optional. The Certified Collision Care program lets our franchisees stand out as leaders who are committed to doing repairs to OEM specifications”, added Allen.
Speedy Collision Midland (Bodyline Collision Ltd.) has been awarded their Certified Collision Care credentials. Brothers Wally and Gary Betcher co-own the brand new 5200 sq. ft. state-of-the art facility. “We have invested heavily to properly equip our facility and train our technicians. Top quality repairs demand top quality equipment and this recognition will help us to differentiate our business in our local market”, said Gary Betcher.
Speedy Collision Weston (Garyray Autobody) has also been awarded credentials as a Certified Collision Care provider. Owner Sandro Perruzza said, “I am proud to be recognized as a Certified Collision Care provider. These credentials demonstrate our commitment to excellence. At Speedy Collision Weston we take pride in delivering exceptional service and repairing vehicles to OEM specifications for our customers and insurance partners.”
“I am excited to be working with the Speedy Collision network. It’s a pleasure to see all of their locations working towards completing their certification, and I look forward to seeing them achieve their goal of 100 percent participation”, said Leanne Jefferies, VP of Canadian Operations; Assured Performance. “Our program’s unique approach will enable repairers to be ‘Certified Once and Recognized by Many,’ using a consistent turnkey system that eliminates redundancy in program requirements, repetitious inspections, and unnecessary duplication of costs.”
