Mississauga, Ont. (Aug. 20, 2019) – INFINITI Canada has selected Certified Collision Care, the Canadian division of Assured Performance Network, as its exclusive strategic partner to administer and manage the INFINITI Certified Collision Repair Program. The program will identify, certify, and promote retailer-owned and independent facilities as collision repair providers of choice, to INFINITI clients across Canada.
The INFINITI Certified Collision Repair Program is designed to promote certified collision repair facilities to INFINITI clientele and insurers. The requirements are based upon the essential tools, process, equipment, training and facilities necessary to repair INFINITI according to manufacturer specifications. The program will help ensure that INFINITI clients can choose to have their vehicle repaired at a Certified Collision Repair Centre that meets INFINITI requirements. This is particularly important based upon the increasingly advanced technology, complex vehicle design and high repair standards for INFINITI vehicles.
“We are pleased to provide a Certified Collision Repair Network for INFINITI customers across Canada. This will allow us to ensure the safe and proper repair of INFINITI vehicles to pre-accident condition, thereby further assuring our customer’s satisfaction,” says Andrew Harkness, director of aftersales for Nissan Canada Inc. “Furthermore, the INFINITI Canada customer base has seen year-over-year growth for seven consecutive years. The partnership with Certified Collision Repair Network now provides more location options for collision repair, and subsequently an increased level of convenience for INFINITI customers coast-to-coast.”
Certified Collision Repair Centres will receive unique INFINITI Certified Collision Repair Centre signage and listing on the consumer-facing online shop locators as part of the integrated Certified Collision Care program. This strategic partnership further reinforces the business strategy and slogan of the joint-effort certification program, “Certified Once, Recognized by Many.”
Leanne Jefferies, vice president, Canadian operations, Assured Performance Certified Collision Care commented, “We are very excited to partner with INFINITI to manage the INFINITI Certified Collision Repair Centre program, and provide the opportunity for repair facilities to be recognized as INFINITI Certified Collision Repair Centres. Our joint-effort certification program provides top performing collision repairers an effective means to differentiate themselves in their market by aligning with the most powerful brands in the automotive industry.”
INFINITI Canada will be an integral strategic partner leveraging the joint-effort collision repair facility certification services, infrastructure and turnkey program offered by Certified Collision Care. By utilizing the existing Certification process, INFINITI is able to eliminate redundant costs, making certification more affordable for their retailer and independently owned repair businesses that can meet their requirements.
Participation in the INFINITI Certified Collision Repair Program will be limited in each market area, and dealer sponsorship will be a requirement. Details will be available online at www.certifiedcollisioncare.ca when the program launches in September 2019. For Certified Collision Care Providers that gain INFINITI dealer sponsorship and are not in a locked-out market, there is no additional fee to add INFINITI Certification to their Certified Collision Care credentials; however, some additional INFINITI specific requirements may be necessary.
