According to Fix Auto North Bay manager, Tony Tombesi, “We are thrilled to have achieved this certification and industry recognition. This certification tells our customers that they’re dealing with highly trained professionals who genuinely care about them, and will assure that their vehicle is repaired properly to ensure its safety and performance.”

The Certification criteria are based upon auto manufacturer requirements. These are critical to ensure the vehicle fit, finish, durability, value, and safety following a collision. As new model vehicles are being introduced that use lightweight high strength materials and advanced technology, a proper repair according to manufacturer specification is even more important to ensure the passenger safety and proper performance of the vehicle. Auto manufacturers want to ensure that consumers have the option to choose a Certified collision repair centre wherever they live, work, or travel.

“Consumers need the confidence and peace of mind to know their vehicle is being repaired by a shop that has what it takes to ensure the vehicle’s safety. Fix Auto North Bay is officially a Certified Collision Care Provider™,” explained Leanne Jefferies, Director, Strategic Accounts & Customer Support, OEC Collision Repair Network.  “They represent the standard by which all other body shops are measured.”
