Hamilton, ON – Certified Collision Care announced today that Kavia Auto Body CSN has achieved their official OEM Certification as a Mopar Certified Collision Repair Facility for the Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram and Fiat brands, and as a Certified Collision Care provider. Kavia Auto Body CSN is currently owned by Raj Kavia, but the organization has a long history, started 45 years ago in Africa by his father Mr. Lalji Kavia. The business moved to Europe, and then to Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, in 1983. This year, Kavia Auto Body made another big move, building a state-of-the-art facility designed especially for efficiency, work flow, customer comfort and convenience and employee satisfaction.
“The importance of having the right space, the latest in technology, training and skills is crucial to the delivery of a first class experience to both the customer and the staff”, shares Raj Kavia. “I believe it requires the right investments to do the right thing for the customer; to treat them like a star and ensure their repairs are completed to OEM specifications.” Kavia Auto Body’s philosophy is one of continual improvement. The facility is recognized as an I-CAR Gold class facility, and is part of the CSN network.
The Certified Collision Care program provides all qualified collision repairers the opportunity to attain OEM Certification in Canada. In order to qualify, repairers must have the proper tools, equipment, training and facilities required to repair vehicles to OEM specifications and ensure a vehicle’s fit, finish, durability, functionality, value, and safety are preserved. Certified Collision Care has an exclusive agreement with FCA Canada (Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, Fiat brands) to manage and administer their OEM certification program. All Certified Collision Care providers are recognized as Mopar Certified Collision Repair Facilities.
