CARSTAR Terminal Autobody achieves OEM Certification by FCA Canada

Hamilton, ON – Certified Collision Care announced today that CARSTAR Terminal Autobody has achieved official OEM Certification by FCA Canada as a Mopar Certified Collision Repair Facility for the Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram and Fiat brands.

CARSTAR Terminal Autobody has been a family-owned and operated collision business since 1979.  The business has strong relationships with both public and private insurance companies and is proud to support community organizations including the Chamber of Commerce, Rotary, Young Professionals of Oceanside, Oceanside Baseball, Parksville Curling Club, and Rage Girls Fastball.

“We are constantly evolving and adapting with technology and training.  We have made the investment needed in tools, equipment and our facility, and ensure that our team of technicians has the training required, to provide safe collision repairs to OEM specifications”, shared CARSTAR Terminal Autobody Manager, Mark Descoteau.  “We are very excited to be a part of the Certified Collision Care program, and to achieve official OEM Certification by FCA Canada.  This recognition demonstrates our commitment to providing safe repairs and an exceptional customer experience, to both our customers and our insurance partners.  We are looking forward to adding new OEM Certifications to our business as they join the program.”

The Certified Collision Care program provides all qualified collision repairers the opportunity to attain multiple OEM Certifications in Canada within a single program, audit process and cost. In order to qualify, repairers must have the proper tools, equipment, training and facilities required to repair vehicles to OEM specifications and ensure a vehicle’s fit, finish, durability, functionality, value, and safety are preserved.  Certified Collision Care has strategic partnerships with FCA Canada (Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, Fiat brands) and Ford Motor Company of Canada (Ford National Body Shop Network Certification), to manage and administer their OEM certification programs.
